Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed. Before surgery, patients receive a combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted radiation. After surgery, they continue with chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this triple treatment helps patients live longer without the cancer coming back. The trial is for adults aged 18 and older with good overall health.
