New combo attack on tough pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether combining a precise, high-dose radiation treatment with a specific chemotherapy regimen can better control locally advanced pancreatic cancer. It will involve 42 adults who have not had prior cancer treatment, comparing if giving the radiation early or later in the treatment course works best. The main goal is to see how long the treatment can keep the cancer from getting worse.
