Scientists launch bold attack on advanced pancreatic cancer with 7-Drug cocktail
NCT ID NCT06076837
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new, intensive combination of treatments for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not yet received any therapy. The goal is to see if adding two new immune-based drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) to a strong chemotherapy regimen, plus two oral medications, is safe and can help control the cancer. The study will first find the safest dose before checking if the treatment helps shrink tumors or extend life.
