Zap and attack: new combo fights tough pancreatic cancer
NCT ID NCT07306273
Summary
This study is testing a two-part treatment for locally advanced pancreatic cancer that has worsened after standard chemotherapy. It combines a procedure that uses electrical pulses to destroy tumor cells (IRE) with an immunotherapy drug designed to help the immune system fight cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can help patients live longer and control the disease. The study is for up to 20 adults whose cancer has not spread to distant organs.
