Summary

This study tests a mix of four drugs (iparomlimab, tuvonralimab, chidamide, and chemotherapy) as a first treatment for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and help people live longer. The trial is for 33 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior cancer treatment.
