Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding a new drug called IM156 to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) is safe for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. The study includes 19 adults whose cancer has spread. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the combination can help control the disease.
