Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding a new drug called IM156 to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) is safe for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 19 adults with confirmed advanced disease are taking part. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the combination can help control the cancer.
