Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding a new drug called IM156 to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) is safe for people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 19 adults with confirmed metastatic disease are participating. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the combination might work better than chemotherapy alone.
