New drug trial aims to keep aggressive pancreatic cancer in check

NCT ID NCT07344220

Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called DZ-002 as a maintenance therapy for adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if giving DZ-002 after successful initial chemotherapy can help control the cancer longer and prevent it from worsening. Researchers will test three different doses to find the safest and most effective one, and participants will receive the drug weekly through an IV.
