Summary

This study is testing a four-drug combination given to patients before surgery for pancreatic cancer that can be removed. The treatment includes two standard chemotherapy drugs and two newer immunotherapy drugs designed to help the body's immune system fight the cancer. The main goals are to see if this approach safely shrinks tumors and kills cancer cells effectively before surgery, and to monitor how patients do afterwards.
