Summary
This small, early-stage study is testing whether adding a common antibiotic called ciprofloxacin to standard chemotherapy can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. It will involve 10 patients who are about to start their first chemotherapy treatment. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and shows any signs of being more effective against the cancer.
