New attack plan for pancreatic cancer: hit hard before surgery
NCT ID NCT03492671
Summary
This study is testing a new treatment plan for people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if giving strong chemotherapy and targeted radiation *before* the operation helps surgeons remove all the cancer cells more effectively. Researchers will measure if this approach leads to better long-term control of the disease and longer survival for patients.
