Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ANO31905, given along with standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the combination works to shrink tumors. It is for adults whose cancer tests positive for a specific marker called CLDN18.2 and who have not had prior cancer treatment.
