Surgeons test new method to speed recovery from pancreatic cancer surgery

Summary
This study aims to find out if one of two different surgical connection techniques leads to fewer stomach emptying problems after pancreas removal surgery for cancer. It will involve 124 patients and compare recovery rates, complication risks, and quality of life over 90 days. Researchers will also check blood markers to understand how the body responds to each technique.
