Summary
This study tested whether adding two experimental drugs (TTX-030 and budigalimab) to standard chemotherapy helps people with metastatic pancreatic cancer live longer without their cancer growing. 194 adults who had not received prior treatment for their advanced cancer took part. The goal was to see if these combinations are safe and more effective than chemotherapy alone.
