Can a Tumor's 'Hardness' predict a pancreatic cancer Patient's future?

NCT ID NCT06849063

Summary

This study aims to see if a special type of MRI scan, which measures how stiff a pancreatic tumor is, can help doctors predict how patients will respond to chemotherapy and how long they might live. Researchers will scan 200 adults with pancreatic cancer and compare the stiffness measurements to their actual treatment results and survival. The goal is to find a new, non-invasive way to understand a tumor's behavior and guide better treatment plans.
