Summary

This study tests a precise radiation technique for people with pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can control the tumor while causing fewer stomach and bowel side effects. About 134 participants will receive the treatment after at least two months of chemotherapy. The study tracks side effects, survival, and quality of life.
