Summary

This trial is testing a specialized, high-dose radiation technique for pancreatic cancer that adapts to a patient's daily anatomy. The goal is to better target the tumor while reducing severe damage to nearby healthy organs like the stomach and intestines. Researchers will measure side effects, survival, and quality of life in 134 participants with borderline or locally advanced pancreatic cancer who have already received chemotherapy.
