Summary
This study is testing new drug combinations for people with pancreatic cancer that has not spread widely. It compares these experimental treatments to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the new approaches can better shrink tumors before surgery or control the disease for longer. The trial includes people with different stages of pancreatic cancer, including those who have or have not had prior treatment.
