Direct attack on cancer fluid: new hope for advanced pancreas patients

Summary
This study is testing if putting an immunotherapy drug directly into cancer-related fluid buildup in the chest or abdomen helps control the fluid and the cancer in people with advanced pancreatic cancer. About 20 participants will receive the drug injection along with their doctor's chosen standard care. Researchers want to see if this approach is safe and if it helps patients live longer and reduces the need for fluid drainage.
