Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new oral drug called narmafotinib to a standard chemotherapy regimen (mFOLFIRINOX) is safe and effective for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer. The first part finds a safe dose, and the second part tests two doses in more people to pick the best one for future research. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer's growth and spread.
