First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a combination of immunotherapy drugs (aldoxorubicin, N-803, and PD-L1 t-haNK) to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. About 328 adults with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer will be split into groups based on their treatment history. The goal is to see if the new combo improves progression-free survival, overall survival, and quality of life compared to chemotherapy alone.
