Doctors track which chemo works best for tough pancreatic cancer

NCT ID NCT04789980

Summary

This study observed how doctors choose chemotherapy treatments for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be surgically removed. Researchers followed 799 patients in Korea for one year to see which drug combinations were used, why they were chosen, and how patients fared in terms of survival and quality of life. The goal was to gather real-world information to better understand treatment patterns and outcomes outside of controlled clinical trials.
