New chemo combo aims to shrink tough pancreatic tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether alternating two different chemotherapy combinations before surgery can better shrink borderline pancreatic tumors. The goal is to make more tumors removable by surgery and reduce the chance of cancer returning. About 35 adults with borderline pancreatic cancer will receive the alternating drug regimen.
