Summary
This study is testing if injecting chemotherapy directly into pancreatic tumors using a special ultrasound-guided needle improves results compared to standard chemotherapy alone. It will involve 20 adults with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who have not had prior treatment. Researchers want to see if this combined approach helps control the cancer longer and improves patients' quality of life.
