Summary
This study looked at giving chemotherapy before surgery for people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed. The goal was to see if this approach helps patients live longer and have fewer complications compared to the standard treatment of surgery followed by chemo. The trial involved 153 participants and tested two different chemo combinations (FOLFIRINOX and FOLFOX) given before surgery, followed by more chemo after surgery.
