Blood test breakthrough predicts pancreatic cancer survival

NCT ID NCT07329920

Summary

This study looked back at 300 pancreatic cancer patients to see if a blood test could help predict their outcomes. The test measures changes in cancer cells circulating in the blood, especially during pre-surgery treatment. Researchers found that tracking these cell changes could help doctors assess how well a patient is responding to therapy and predict their chances of survival.
