Can a natural fatty acid boost Crohn's treatment?

Summary
This study tests if adding palmitoleic acid, a natural fatty acid, to the standard drug infliximab helps heal the gut lining better than infliximab alone in people with Crohn's disease. About 400 adults with active Crohn's will take part. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to complete healing of intestinal ulcers.
