Summary
This study looks at what helps or hinders creating care plans for vulnerable patients in palliative care who live in medicalized residential facilities. Researchers will interview staff and others to understand the organizational, human, and relational factors involved. About 100 adults in Alsace, France, with palliative conditions will be included. The goal is to gather insights, not to test a treatment.
