Summary
This study looks back at the medical records of 286 patients who received palliative care and passed away in 2024 at NOVO Hospital in France. The goal is to understand who these patients were, how their care was organized, and how their doctors were involved. Researchers hope this information will help identify ways to connect patients with supportive palliative care services earlier and improve coordination between hospitals and community doctors.
