Summary
This study looks at how many adults in hospital wards and long-term care homes need extra support for serious illness on a single day (November 11). Researchers will collect information from about 3,000 people using a simple questionnaire. The goal is to find gaps in care and help hospitals and nursing homes better plan for patients' comfort and quality of life.
