Extra care for cancer patients in experimental drug trials
NCT ID NCT03667378
Summary
This study is testing whether adding personalized supportive care (palliative care) to early-stage cancer drug trials helps patients. It involves 83 adults with advanced solid tumors who are starting a Phase I trial. Researchers want to see if this extra support makes it easier for patients to talk about their symptoms, worries about the future, and how they are coping with cancer.
