Summary

This study is testing a new phone-based support program designed to help Black adults with advanced heart failure manage their pain. A trained coach will guide participants through different combinations of support techniques, like education, relaxation, and coping skills. The goal is to see which parts of the program work best to reduce pain and improve daily life for people living with this serious condition.
