Could a breast cancer drug help men with advanced prostate cancer?

Summary
This study tests a drug called palbociclib in men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth, and to monitor side effects. About 19 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will also look for markers that might predict who benefits most.
