Summary

This early-phase study tested a drug called palbociclib combined with standard chemotherapy in children whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) had returned or stopped responding to treatment. Only 2 children took part, and the main goal was to find a safe dose and check for side effects. The study also looked at how the drug affects leukemia cells.
