Scientists seek to map the pain of a rare disease
NCT ID NCT07360574
Summary
This study aims to better understand the pain experienced by people with a rare genetic condition that causes stiff joints from birth (arthrogryposis). Researchers will remotely ask 12 participants, aged 10 and older, to track their pain levels and locations daily for two weeks. The goal is to describe the pain's patterns and impact to guide future care, but it does not test any new treatments.
