Summary

This study follows 120 adults with leg pain from a herniated disc who receive a steroid injection in the spine. Researchers want to see if how quickly pain drops in the first few hours and days can predict whether the shot will still be working 3 to 6 months later. The goal is to better understand who benefits most from this common procedure.
