Mind over pain? study probes resilience and body image in chronic illness

This completed study looked at how psychological resilience and body image relate to pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia, compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers measured these factors using questionnaires in 124 adults. The goal was to better understand the emotional and body-related experiences of these conditions to support more complete patient care.
