NCT ID NCT06271265

Summary

This study aims to see how a long-acting numbing medicine called EXPAREL works in the body and how safe it is for children under 6 years old who are having heart surgery. It will be compared to a standard numbing medicine, bupivacaine. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to help manage pain after surgery in this very young age group.
