New study measures how much a simple procedure can ease Women's chronic pelvic pain

NCT ID NCT03794466

Summary

This study aims to measure how much a minimally invasive procedure reduces pain in women with pelvic congestion syndrome, a common cause of chronic pelvic pain. Researchers will perform a vein-blocking procedure using tiny coils and then track participants' pain levels using a survey. The goal is to quantify the pain relief and find clues that predict who will benefit most from this treatment.
