Summary
This study looks at whether a superficial cervical plexus block can help control pain after maxillofacial surgeries (like procedures on the jaw, neck, or ear). About 70 adults will receive either the block or standard care. The main goal is to see how long it takes before they need extra pain medication after surgery.
