New nerve block combo may ease knee surgery pain

Summary

This study tests if adding a new nerve block (BiFeS) to a standard one (adductor canal block) provides better pain relief after meniscopathy knee surgery. About 135 adults aged 18-65 will be enrolled. The goal is to reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers like morphine.
