Summary

This study compares two numbing medications—BDE and Exparel—to see which one helps hernia surgery patients feel less pain and use fewer painkillers. About 128 adults having abdominal wall reconstruction will take part. The goal is to find the best way to manage pain, shorten hospital stays, and speed up recovery.
