First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This small pilot study with 6 people compares two ways to manage pain after minimally invasive lung cancer surgery. One method uses a standard numbing injection, while the other uses cryotherapy (freezing) to block pain for 1-3 months. The goal is to see if cryotherapy reduces the need for pain medication and improves recovery.
