Summary

This study compared two different methods of pain control for patients undergoing bladder removal surgery. Researchers tested whether a newer ultrasound-guided back injection works as well as the traditional epidural method for managing pain after surgery. The study involved 20 patients who were randomly assigned to receive one of the two pain control approaches during their operation.
