Summary

This study tests two ways to manage pain in 66 boys aged 1-6 years having hypospadias repair. One method is a standard caudal block; the other is a newer sacral block. Both use a medicine called dexmedetomidine to extend pain relief. The goal is to see which approach provides longer-lasting comfort after surgery.
