Doctors seek safer sedation for tiniest patients
NCT ID NCT05371886
Summary
This study aims to better understand how pain and sedation medicines work in newborns who need breathing machines. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood of 180 babies and link them to comfort scores. The goal is to create models that help doctors give more precise, personalized doses based on a baby's size and age.
