Summary
This study tests whether a nasal spray of fentanyl or ketamine works better than morphine syrup for reducing pain in children aged 2 to 17 with broken bones or serious limb injuries. About 300 children will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatments. The goal is to see which medicine provides the most pain relief within 30 minutes.
