NCT ID NCT06464146

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a nasal spray of fentanyl or ketamine can relieve moderate to severe pain from limb injuries in children (ages 2-17) faster than oral morphine. About 300 children in the emergency room will be randomly assigned to one of the three medicines. The goal is to see which option works best within 30 minutes without needing extra pain relief.
