Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain for young boys (aged 1-7) after hypospadias surgery. It compares two different numbing injections given during the operation to see which one provides better and longer-lasting pain relief after they wake up. The main goal is to see which method results in lower pain scores 12 hours after surgery.
