Summary

This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after a specific chest surgery (thymectomy) in patients with myasthenia gravis. Researchers will compare adding one of two different drugs to a standard numbing injection given near the spine. The main goal is to see which combination provides longer-lasting pain relief after surgery.
