Summary

This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after minimally invasive stomach cancer surgery. It will compare two established methods: a numbing injection guided by ultrasound versus a special gel applied directly to the surgical site. The goal is to see which method provides better and longer-lasting pain relief to help patients recover more comfortably.
