New nerve blocks battle Post-Surgery pain, aim to cut opioid use

Summary
This study is testing which of two nerve-block techniques works better to control pain after major lung cancer surgery. Sixty patients will receive one of the two methods before their operation. The main goal is to see which technique reduces the need for strong painkillers like morphine in the first day after surgery.
